Bryce Bach is the chief financial officer of Risant Health.
He is responsible for the overall financial leadership of Risant Health, including finance operations, stewardship of the financial performance of Risant Health and its organizations, and financial evaluation of new ventures and acquisitions.
Bach joined Risant Health from Oliver Wyman, an international management consulting firm. In his role there, he successfully helped clients across all sectors of the health care industry make health care more accessible, high-quality, and affordable. He brings extensive experience in finance, strategy, and change management for major programs.
Starting in 2022, Bach played an integral role in the creation and launch of Risant Health, including serving as interim CFO in 2024. During that time, he collaborated with Kaiser Permanente leaders to set up governance, policies, and operations for Risant Health and the Geisinger integration. He also helped lead the strategic and financial work for Risant Health’s first 2 acquisitions.
Bach is a current board member and former board chair for Facing Forward, a nonprofit that partners with families and individuals currently experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness to provide long-term housing, essential resources, and personalized, family support services.
He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and his MBA from the University of Chicago.
