New England Journal of Medicine Catalyst showcases the value-based platform

A new article describes how Risant Health is scaling the value-based platform to improve outcomes, enhance patient experience, and lower costs — with encouraging early results.

The New England Journal of Medicine Catalyst recently published an article addressing the need to accelerate the adoption of value-based care and outlining Risant Health’s efforts to scale the value-based platform. It also provides an update on Risant Health’s efforts to deploy the value-based platform in collaboration with Geisinger.

The article discusses how the value-based platform will help accelerate adoption of Kaiser Permanente’s value-based care best practices in multipayer, multiprovider environments, resulting in better health care outcomes and better patient experiences at a lower cost. It also highlights early positive indicators of the value-based platform’s impact at Geisinger.

Titled “Scaling Value-Based Care Across the United States: Progress From Risant Health,” the article is accessible without a journal subscription until April 21, 2026, using this referral link.
